• Legal Agreement

    By purchasing a service from Shopify Corps, the client agrees to this legal contract. This includes handling responses to legal notices related to Trademark Services, Patents, and Lawsuits. If the client decides to close their business, they must submit the required cancellation documents to remove their legal name from business records, ensuring they are protected from any future legal liabilities tied to the business name. If the necessary documents are not provided, Shopify Corps will not be held liable for any legal damages the client may face due to the infringement.

  • Revision Policy

    The number of revisions included depends on the package you choose. You are entitled to the revisions specified in your package details. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, so we will continue refining the design until it meets your needs. No extra charges will apply if the design concepts remain the same, and you'll receive your revised design within 48 hours.

    Please note that any revisions requested after the design is finalized will be treated as a new order and may incur additional charges.

  • Refund Policy

    Shopify Corps’s refund policy does not apply in the following cases:

    • You have selected a custom package.
    • The primary design concept has been approved.
    • Revisions have been requested.
    • Cancellation is for reasons unrelated to the company.
    • The company has not been contacted for more than two weeks during the project.
    • Company policies have been violated.
    • Another designer or company has been hired for the same project.
    • The creative brief is incomplete or lacks the required information.
    • A complete design change is requested.
    • The claim is made after the “request for refund” time frame has passed.
    • The business is closing or changing its name.
    • Reasons like “change of mind” or “disagreements with a partner” are not eligible for refunds.
    • For service bundles, if you’re dissatisfied with a specific service, refunds apply only to that service, not the entire bundle.
    • Refunds will not be provided after 7 days from the date of purchase or once the design has been approved and sent for development.
    • Refund requests will not be considered after designs are approved.
    • A partial refund (up to 25%) may be granted if the initial brief is not provided within 10 days of placing the order.
    • Refunds will not be processed after the final delivery of files following client approval.

    Note: Shopify Corps reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract at its discretion. If a refund is issued, the client forfeits any rights to the designs, which remain the sole property of Shopify Corps.

  • Claim Your Refund

    To request a refund according to our refund policy, please follow these steps:

    Once we receive your refund request, we will respond promptly. After reviewing your request, we will begin the refund process.

    Important: After your refund is processed, you will forfeit all rights to any designs submitted by Shopify Corps. The designs will be submitted for Copyright Acquisition with the relevant Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legal compliance

  • Delivery Policy

    Your order will be delivered to the account provided at purchase on the date mentioned in your Order Confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent.

    Turnaround time varies depending on the package you select, but the minimum is 2 business days. For urgent orders, please reach out to our customer support team.

  • Record Maintenance

    We keep records of all finalized designs for future reference. If you need to retrieve a file, please note that there may be an additional charge for accessing it.

  • Customer Support

    Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. We’re here to ensure that your experience is smooth and enjoyable.

  • Communication Policy

    You agree that Shopify Corps is only responsible for the communication sent from email addresses under our official domain (....shopifycorps.com) or toll-free numbers listed on our website. We are not liable for any communication from unofficial sources.

    If you do not respond within 45 days, project activation charges may apply. We take full responsibility for all communications sent through our official channels.
